Deer Park is conveniently located on the north side of Hutchinson, MN, which is approximately a one-hour drive west of Minneapolis, MN.  Deer Park boasts many contemporary amenities, which include a spacious courtyard, pool, sauna, hot tub, large commons area with pool table and meeting ares, barbeque grills and a play area.

A Golf course, driving range and convenience store are just some of the businesses located only minutes from our property.  Although we are centrally located, country peace and serenity are within walking distance.

Convenience is one of many amenities that Deer Park supports.  Just three blocks away is highway 15, which is a major artery that intersects highway 7 and 22.  These highways are main thoroughfares to Minneapolis, St. Paul, and St. Cloud.
This web site offers information pertaining to our one, two and three bedroom apartments. You'll also find an online application to fill out for residency.  These forms must be filled out in their entirety. There is a $35.00 application fee that must be submitted for each adult who will be residing in the apartment.
